How does the Drive Through work?

Do I have to pre-order for the Drive Through or can I just turn up?
You can just turn up. No pre-order is necessary.
When is the Drive Through open?
We are open 6 days a week but our hours of opening have changed slightly:
Tuesday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 4.30pm
Monday: we are sorry but we are closed for deep cleaning
Due to Covid-19, it may be necessary to change the opening/closing hours at short notice.
Can I walk up to the Drive Through?
The Drive Through is open to pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists, as well as cars. Please be careful of cars and wait at the Pedestrian/Cyclist Waiting Point to be served. No pre-orders necessary.
Is the Brewery Shop open?
Due to social distancing, we have opened the Drive Through. Although you are not able to come into the Brewery Shop to browse, we can bring anything from inside the Brewery Shop out to you! This includes our range of bottled and can beers from UK and around the world. Please just ask a staff member.
What can I buy at the Drive Through?
You can buy our range of draught ales, lager and cider, as well as our bottled beer, gift packs, gift vouchers, tour vouchers, merchandise and beers from UK and around the world. We currently do not have our full range available but we are working hard to remedy this. If there is something particular that you want, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check if we have stock.
How do I pay?
For the safety of everyone, we ask that you use Contactless or card payment whenever possible.
Are you still accepting vouchers?
Yes, you can redeem your gift vouchers at the Drive Through.
Do I still receive my discount at the Drive Through?
Yes, you will still receive your discount if you show a valid card. We regret we are not able to give the discount without a valid card.
Click & Collect
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Yes, you can order and pay online, and then choose a date to collect your order from the Drive Through. It can take up to 2-4 days to process your order, so please order in plenty of time.
I want to Click & Collect on Monday but the website doesn’t let me do this. Why not?
Our Drive Through is closed on Mondays for deep cleaning.

Unfortunately, it can take up to 2-4 days to process your order, particularly at the weekend, so please order in plenty of time.
What is Local Delivery?
Our draymen are now delivering orders to local postcodes. Simply order on line, choose the Local Delivery option, and your order will be delivered to you.
Your order will normally take between 2-4 days to process and be delivered, but it can take longer at busy times, so please order in plenty of time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee delivery on a certain date.
Which post codes do you Local Deliver to?
GU1 to GU24, or starting with GU34, GU35, GU46, GU47, GU51, GU52, GU95 or RG27, RG29
KT8, KT10, KT11, KT12, KT13, KT14, KT15, KT16, KT17, KT18, KT19, KT20 or KT22
We regret we will not be able to fulfil your order if the delivery address is outside of these postcodes.
We aim to add new postcodes in the future, so please keep checking the website. If we do not deliver to your postcode, you can still order via our website for a courier delivery.
What products can I order with Local Delivery?
You can order our cask draught beer, cases of our bottled/canned beer, cases of our guest beers and wines, along with vouchers and gift packs. If the product you want has the Local Delivery icon then you will be able to order it. We are adding to our range of guest beers so please keep checking the website.
When will my order be delivered?
It usually takes 2-4 days to process and deliver your order. Whilst we make every effort to get you Local Delivery as quickly as possible, we regret we cannot guarantee how long it will take to deliver your order.
Do you deliver at the weekend?
We currently deliver Monday – Friday inclusive. As we are a small team, we regret we cannot deliver at the weekend.
How much does Local Delivery cost?
Our Local Delivery service costs £5 but is free for orders over £40.
Can I choose the date my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, no. As we are a small team, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, you can request this on the Notes section of the order and we will try and accommodate this where we can.
What happens to my Local Delivery if I am out?
If you are out, our driver will leave your order in the safest place possible. If this is not possible, our driver will take your order back and try to redeliver another day.
Do I need to sign for my Local Delivery?
No, the driver will leave your order on the doorstep and step back from the door. You just need to acknowledge with a “thumbs up” that you have received the order.
What should I do if my Local Delivery order does not turn up?
We aim to deliver your Local Delivery order within 2-4 days but we cannot guarantee this. If your order has not arrived after 4 days, please contact email@example.com.
Can I still order if I don’t live within Local Delivery area?
Yes, we offer a courier service to all parts of the UK. However, we are only able to courier certain products. If the product you want has the Courier icon then you will be able to order it.
Which products can you deliver by Courier?
We can deliver our bottled/canned beer, as well as our sedimented cask beers by courier. We are working to add our gift pack range as well.
We regret we cannot send guest beers or wine by Courier. Breakages in transit do happen and it is not financially viable for us to replace these items free of charge, so at present, we are not able to offer these via a Courier service.
Can I change my order?
If you want to change your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your has not been shipped, the team will try to help.
How long does it take to delivery by Courier?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, and a vast majority of our parcels arrive within 2-4 days. However, we cannot guarantee this, as once the parcel has been collected by our courier, we have no control over the delivery date.
Does your Courier deliver at the weekends?
No, our Courier will deliver Monday-Friday inclusive.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If you order has not arrived after 4 days, please contact email@example.com.
We send our parcels on a special “Fragile” service via our Courier. Unfortunately, there are occasions when parcels are damaged in transit. If this is the case, our Courier will return the damaged package to us and we will resend the package out. However, this may take several days.
Can I order now for Overnight/Next day?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this service.
How much does it cost to courier an order?
Our standard charge for Mainland England and Wales and Scottish Lowlands is £8.50. For orders over £40 to Mainland England and Wales, and Scottish Lowlands it is free.
There is a surcharge for postcodes outside of these areas. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery charge quote.
Can you courier internationally?
